How do we know if a relay is safe?
Safe as in? What is an unsafe relay. They are supposed to be dumb servers just passing events to clients.

Help me understand. Can a relay be compromised and submit spoofed content to other relays?
That’s my understanding as well. What is more important is probably reliability and have enough relays to ensure coverage and data reliability?
