It physically makes my blood boil when I see all that neon-colored sugar crap strategically placed at kid-level by the checkout, or when I find high fructose corn syrup sneaking into my damn beans and ketchup. And don’t even get me started on the plant-based nonsense—it’s just another distraction in this messed-up food system. The fact that the sugar industry shelled out a pathetic $50K to pin the blame on fat instead of sugar makes me absolutely FURIOUS. It’s all a scam, and we’re the ones paying it.

Big unhealthy scam
I buy them quiet often. And I am no vegan. But I read and listened about motivations to go vegan. Health can be a factor.
But I think more common factors are ethics (why kill an animal when I do not have to) and climate effect (cows emmit a huge amount of methane)
And going vegan does not necessary mean that one dislikes texture and taste of meat. Therefore I like the fact that those replacement exist. I buy them maby two times a month. And in my country they exist in different qualities. There are even very basic ones, with low number of ingredients.
I get you bro, your rants are with a banging flow. Even bought your book after hearing you talk. I did leave it aside for now because many of these books, like yours, that are full of knowledge piss me off.. So much knowledge on the ignorance of the world, there is no end to it it seems, with the idiots keep moving forward.
So just feel to say be mindful with hating with so much passion, watch it don't ferment inside you into shit you rather avoid.
I've done this test at home with rice (results seens after some months) and after five years the jar with loving words is still white rice and the hating one is slug. Got the idea from 'Dr Emoto' research on water and words, blessings, thoughts etc. Easily tested with cooked rice and two cleaned jars. Example in the foto.
