On the bbq?? Almost the same here!

I was thinking of bbq but was too disorganised so just in a pan today.

What mushrooms are those?

Lion’s mane, coral and I think the brown ones are chestnut I believe (I’m pretty sure that is what they told me when I bought them).

No idea what the misses is cooking but I want steak now 😆

Lions mane? How do you like to cook the mushrooms? Making them into a sauce or grilled?

Yeah lions mane and coral, I’m not too creative so just cook them in a bit of butter and olive oil.

How does the lions mane taste?
