That referrer will have configured a set of initial follows. And the new user will start off just following those accounts, they won't have to sift through a bunch of never-heard-of-them names and faces, or be bombarded with a what-the-heck-is-this-all-about feed.

Like starter packs but pushing it right up to the very top of the flow. Use the referrer's Primal name for the look-up, that's cool. And a simple UI for the referrer to curate and modify the initial follows list.

Good idea...many who open a primal account give up when their feed is so empty.
