Anyone else finding nostr has become painfully slow most of the time? I'm assuming relays are clogged or maybe I'm suffering network issues. I've tried most of the web clients and all seem about the same. Any ideas?

I'm using Damus on iOS and Nostrgram and Snort on desktop.
I will say that Damus is a bit slower as of late but not enough to detract from my experience.
You may be following too many relays, #damus can get slowed down, I decreased from 18 to 9 and noticed improvements.
