Bitcoiners we got to decentralise mining pools asap! Should be top priority in devs minds.

Who’s working on it and how can we speed up the process?

P2P pool is a concept that once originated in the #Bitcoin developers community. #Monero implemented it years ago and between 5 and 10% are mining on it.

Would be better if more miners used it. It is a safety net, easy accessible in times of trouble.

Also in Monero there is nothing to censor as miners don't know the content of the transactions. This and P2P poil mining limit attack vectors of a 51% attack.
