Miners can switch pools super easily, it takes about 5 seconds
That’s what I thought but it seems many miners don’t switch pools.
Unfuckingfortunately, one of the outcomes I thought about was that people using F2Pool just don’t care. Not F2Pool users exclusively. I feel like a good bit of people mining don’t pay attention to pools like we now know we should.
P2P pool is a concept that once originated in the #Bitcoin developers community. #Monero implemented it years ago and between 5 and 10% are mining on it.
Would be better if more miners used it. It is a safety net, easy accessible in times of trouble.
