Marinade the tritip and slow cool it for 1-2 hours
Can I slow cook in a coal grill if I keep the vents half closed? I guess I can if I keep an eye on the temperature.

Neat. I have a regular wired probe I can use in the meantime. But it doesn't tell me time to done, haha
Oh yeah. Doesn’t have to be that slow, maybe like 250for 1 hour+, depends how big it is, how hot etc
