It hasn't been confirmed. However, people have been complaining that they see all of his tweets even if they don't follow him. I can confirm this happens to me on other accounts of mine and my main. A supposed engineer leaked a story that he demanded his tweets get boosted after he was losing engagement.

Maybe blocking him or reporting his tweets as spam will help.

If we just bring most of the bitcoin and crypto people over here, and he loses. If we continue to make nostr great as a whole even more will come and he will fail even more miserably...
