So, did TX just get to Comm2, or is that what was just passed so they're even with Utah now?

I'm not familiar with the words on top vs how votes in each of them.

The process varies from state to state, so the viz isnt very hellful imho.

Texas senate passed, but the house has to pass seperately (those are not sequential like you would think) before the gov gets it.
