It’s so easy to judge someone when they slip up or show behavior we might not agree with. But often, what we don’t see is the weight they’re carrying behind the scenes, whether it’s stress, personal challenges, or both.

A momentary reaction doesn’t define a person’s heart or their journey, and the other side of the story may not always be as simple as it seems.

Sometimes, people will use situations to justify their own behavior or play a certain role, but let’s remember: real strength lies in choosing kindness and understanding, even when it’s hard.
