gpt-4 API is available for all (has been for weeks now). Using the API is substantially cheaper than the web ui, though I dunno if the web ui has some bonus features still. Casual use via API costs me about $1/mo
scrap that, gpt4 api is 30x the price of chatgpt api, and insanely expensive
