I'm at several weeks from D-Central with my latest order. Got the shipping email, but courier says only the label has been created.
So annoying!
I wasted months with D-Central. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced; and I spent several months in Russia!
This prompted me to follow up with them today.
The first email about 6 weeks ago stated I was 60th in the queue and they were building as quickly as possible: not a small order either. Today’s inquiry yielded they don’t actually have my parts yet (maybe anyone’s parts?). The CEO tried to personally order 80 to break up the log jam with the supplier and it didn’t work.
Pretty frustrating.
They fed me all kinds of excuses, some weren't believable, and others were confirmed to be BS after the fact.
Still nothing? Damn
