Kinda crazy how expensive it is to live alone in New York. I feel like I can barely afford to do it. Went to check out this 1 bedroom today. Tenant still there obvi. And it's $6,750/mo w 15% brokers fee. 🙃
But the only space that's I've seen that feels liveable enough for one's mental health.

Comprehenible, j'ai des cousins qui y vivent mais sont logés par l'ONU, d'autres travaillent pour le parc automobile NYPD, 1 cousine qui a son salon de coiffure, 1autre qui est ingénieur informatique à Boston,vit à NYC
