Ok for those who were wondering I've done a few test on the #nostr polls. The polls go off of percentage of zaps not actual vote count. (Would be cool to see both)

Also, you can vote more than once and it still effects the poll.

Yes, this is the case. It would be cool if you could limit to 1 vote per npub, and set a sat limit as well. Maybe #[2] would be a good person to ask?

That's viable but would need to decide which counts..

Earliest from an npub?

Most recent?

The one with highest POW?

Ultimately it would create a little more resource demand for tracking and would be easily circumvented by creation of another npub...

Unless.. vote tallying required you have a specific badge or some other association to define community

Yeah it increases the Ngu tech of the poll but makes it less accurate.. but #[5] anytime you want to smash #zap one of my polls please feel free to do so! 🤣

For meme polls, unlimited zaps 💯😂

Both cases are already defined in [NIP69](https://github.com/toadlyBroodle/nips/blob/master/69.md). It's up to clients to choose how they implement the protocol. For now, #[5] has chosen to disable min/max values, which when set equal only allow 1 vote per user.

This is also how Polly works but results on that show both zap total and zap count so it's easier to discern if a poll was bought off
