GM! 🌅☕️🍳 same here... -30kg in 15yr... off medication, i swap carbs for meat&eggs&fats... 100km+ monthly walkings... to revert insulin resistence is the main key (my opinion)... never give up, you are on the right track. .
I’m 6foot7 so my weight doesn’t make me look “fat” - I just know that 95kgs is where I wanna be..
The diet can definitely be cleaned up but the biggest thing was medication.. that Lyrica stuff is ridiculous.. OXY is fucking death..
I love reading these success stories. Speaking as someone who shed between 40-50kg (not perfectly sure about my absolute max weight back then) since 2016 I know how difficult this is.
