At the individual. But that's fantasy but it's called having principles. A guiding direction.

Practically, i'd be happy if US States get more powerful individually so we Balkanize the US.

Bitcoin will continue to push us into anarchy because it IS anarchy manifested. Balkanizing will come before anarchy.

How about being responsible for any animal in your charge and dealing with the consequences of their actions. I’ll call my product Tiger Bonds. Insurance for the incredibly irresponsible but also do what you want.
