Our hunt for natural cold plunging spots in Greece continued ❄️ This time it brought us to the Lousios River in Arcadia. Another amazing natural power spot.

At the end of its deep gorge you can still see the ruins of an Asclepios healing bath and temple. The ancient Greek traveler and geographer Pavsanias considered the Lousios to be "the coldest river in the known world".
