reflections:

*made it to July but can’t resist Rita’s breakfast shots on vaca 😋

*sleep as much as I need every night 🛌

*hydration improved by switching to healthy spring water 💧

*need to quit nicotine 😔

*Steak & eggs 🥩🍳 🤌
