I have still successfully been able to stay away from caffeine, pop, coffee, fast food. But as far as no sugar. I am giving up on that for now as I sit here and eat some chocolate. My goal right now will be to focus quitting milk. As it seems to adversely effect my stomach. Got 2 days in. Don't see any issue with this . I guess the main thing I find interesting is how much more addictive sugar is then caffeine. Thats my rant for today. Wish me luck ya'll ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’œ

When you give up sugar your skin gets all flakey no lying William your skin gets all dry and flaky maybe ease down to sweeteners!?

You can eat dark chocolate. Peanut butter curves the sugar itch for me.

Moderation is way better than cold turkey. Higher rate of success.

That's what I'm doing with sugar for now, moderation. On the back burner . Will focus on a different endeavor ,like quitting milk. Then come back to it at a later date rather then frustrating my self.

try goat milk, and yes on the dark chocolate as a treat

I eat organic medjoul dates, very expensive, so i only eat one or two a day. I have now done that from Feb. No flaky skin, digestion is good, no more stomach pain. I walk along the supermarket shelves and wonder... They want us to be sick, heart disease, diabetes, overweight, cronic inflammation, cancer ... All could be avoided, it seems.

Keep trying, it is not very hard once we know, what is behind it.
