I have still successfully been able to stay away from caffeine, pop, coffee, fast food. But as far as no sugar. I am giving up on that for now as I sit here and eat some chocolate. My goal right now will be to focus quitting milk. As it seems to adversely effect my stomach. Got 2 days in. Don't see any issue with this . I guess the main thing I find interesting is how much more addictive sugar is then caffeine. Thats my rant for today. Wish me luck ya'll ๐งก๐
