Throwing out my plastic cutting boards and replacing with hardwood.
Was always told plastic is better because you can sanitize in the dishwasher. It seems nobody considered microplastics in food until recently.
Though the worst cutting board I ever had was made of glass.
Oof I probably should do the same. Do they make a thin wooden board with a grippy back?
