I like the idea of Zucchini pizza 😁
Zucchini has a lot of water....I would probably broil or roast slices of the zucchini before adding on top of pizza. Otherwise the crust will likely get too mushy.

A bit too salty because I used the salt to dry out the zucchini AND some canned sardines (also salty) were chopped up and put in there. It also could’ve used some better 🧀 instead of just the Parmesan we had… next time…
That sounds amazing... Maybe just strain and paper towel blot the zucchini? Sardines sounds like a good combo 🔥
