I agree with this but I think focusing on calorie intake is the wrong approach to losing weight or keeping fit. If you eat high quality clean food then you donβt get as hungry unless you are exerting a lot of energy and then you eat more because your body needs it.
It's not about calories... It's a about nutrient dense food that leaves you satieted and nourished vs high calories junk that leaves you starving and hungry for more.
But the calories make me feel like I did something fulfilling.
