Cheers! Working late tonight.

Yes, short term this makes sense until end of Q2 2026 in which the mother load of liquidity is coming. I do understand that printing affects the price of course. IMO bitcoin is becoming the macro barometer instead of just fait liquidity.
I’m not a believer in liquidity is what drives bitcoin’s price. I am just saying that the Fed is injecting liquidity to keep bonds solvent which is stealth easing. Bitcoin is beyond “m2”, people always want to attach or assign something they don’t control.
They are the seeds of many different varieties of pine trees (pine cones). They are high in fats, protein and are delicious. Pine nut salsa rustica is one of my favorite uses.
The Fed has started easing already…. Tightening has been happening since the end of the pandemic…. Not sure how old this take is?!

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas Sir!
Looks so delicious, I love me some Pozole!
People are acting like quantum computing is being created by some hacker with ill intentions. The only people who are building quantum are trillion dollar companies…..🤷
For sure, I know how that goes.
Never co-slept with our two kids, we sleep trained our children to sleep in their own beds. I know plenty of people who co-slept with their children and they all are fine. To each their own, the co-sleeping is “bad” is a fallacy and if your family loves it you should do it.
For us it’s about sound sleep for everyone. We created a super loving bed time routine for the kids and it works for them. A little independence is what we want for our children and if they really need us in the middle of the night they are always welcome in our bed. All families should do what is best for them.
Working on a wine brand. It's called PLEBEIAN WINE.
The future goal is to create a line of wines that are delicious, of terroir, high quality to value & approachable to all. Wine is for everyone.
This has been five years in the making.
Let me know what you think of the label!
The front label is my artwork called Wen Moon Over the Vineyard. Oil on Canvas.

Pinotage. Only 52 acres exist in California, so I couldn’t pass it up!
Foot treading Pinotage from Santa Cruz mountains. One of four different lots I will be making. I typically do hand crushing but felt foot treading was the call with this grape.
250lbs, 5am harvest, 3.5hr round trip drive, then work, then 12hrs of hand sorting and de-stemming. 24hr marathon. It’s going to be magical when I’m finished. This will be my last wine I make this year.
Remember to always include your children in your crafts!

Dude that RobotCoup is a beast!
Cornichon for the win! We have to hide them from daughter and ration out the pickles because she loves them so much.
As a family we took out the first 16oz in 3 days, second 16oz getting to close to zero. Wife says “get more bitcoin pecan butter”. She can’t help herself.
Still need to make recipes to shill Hodl Butter, was thinking a quick style mole guajillo, romesco sauce, salsa verde and Hodl pesto.
Was thinking these are easy enough to make and go with a diverse range of proteins.
So I ordered more…
Have you read the book? Or The Fourth Turn is Here?

Going for it!!! Let me know when you’re smoking it.
I work for myself. I’m a private chef and cook out of my flat. I was classically trained French cuisine but was brought up as a chef at the ferry building farmers market. I would say Bay Area cuisine with heavy influences from around the world. What ever you want I’ll make something special.
Yo! My first apartment in the city was on 16th St. and Guerrero. A beautiful place to live. I will always cherish those years. I’ve been here for 21yrs just cooking, learning and having a family. Paradise is where you make it. Big love nostr:npub1e86g54jj76spnjlyx272e65hlrl2jup4jr6xcx9xpr22vg6pztfqgr5ump

That sounds fucking bomb! Great idea. Do it. Never thought of smoking a buttermilk bird. I’m like shit I should try it too.
I will document harvest, crush and fermentation. And will do a bottling vlog next week.
Ahhh, thanks for clarifying. I’m a bit mid curve sometimes and just go for it. I need to rewatch reservoir dogs then.
If you’re not practicing and sacrificing to build the future you want now, what’s the extra stack really doing for you? I cook part-time from home to invest in my kids—stacking less there. I buy from farmers, ranchers, and local grocers—stacking less there. I spend far too much of my spare time tending my hobby vineyard, buying grapes, and making wine every year—stacking less there too. Build your children to be better than us!
Racked my wine out of barrels into glass in preparation of harvest. Wine is settled enough to taste again after its move from barrel in July. Making room for new juice to become “controlled” fermentations and once again fill these barrels. Holding solution refills here and tasting lots out of carboys is next. Keep focused on your craft, don’t perpetually suck into infinity.

Plan accordingly.
Build today for tomorrow by building. You can just build things.
Protect your grapes. Protect your time.
Nature prints squirrels out of thin air.
Not your grapes, not your wine.

I realize after posting this doesn’t apply to everyone. Just my personal opinion. You do you!
That’s awesome! What brix do you typically harvest at?
