It's a serious downside though....

Ohh you need Public Inbox relays. Right now the app (and nobody else) know where to send you notifications. They could be the same as your Public Outbox relays. 3 good ones should do.

As Vitor says, you need to have "read" relays in your relay list. Right now you have 4 relays, all of them are "write".
Nostria (Nostr client) does not use the "read"/"write" flags, it will publish to all your relays, independently of the flag.
