#AskNostr #foodstr pitch me your best egg-cooking skillet that:
- is not riddled with PFAS or other shit that is going to poison me
- is not carbon steel nor cast iron (already have great ones)
- works on induction!
- eggs aren't going to stick and drive me insane
I suspect that "regular old nonstick" might be the only option left, even though it probably violates #1 above. Maybe ceramic coated cast iron?
