You need saturated fats and protein. Cut all carbs out and load up on butter, cheese and meats and you will stop being hungry at all.

My intake of protein in the form of meat is already quite high. #Inflation eats my groceries before I can. 😡

Try maxing fat then. Butter, cream cheese, etc. My personal experience (which is backed up by studies) is that it is extremely good at making you feel satiated while having zero effect on insulin levels
