Also just to add.. I know it hasn't even been released, but nossocial seemed very dubious, just going off their nostrica talk. Which I remember everyone going yippee yay what a great talk at the time, and I thought wtf I can't be the only one who just heard this massively pro censorship talk, and looked up to see if wasn't alone.

I remember cos I was p new and nostr was sort of spoken of as a censorship resistant protocol, so it surprised me. I'm a bit more realistic about that now. I'm just here for laelser asses now.

I suppose this is a problem of a tight-knit group of devs, and a nascent technology. Perhaps no one wants to poopoo on or call out anything, maybe? Nostr needs more users outside of these circles maybe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's the future now and you were right 🤷🏽

I'm never right lol.

Also maybe it's good that there will be more clients catering specifically to different groups lol. Although I suspect nos social maybe be trying to appeal to a group that is already happy on Bluesky? But perhaps more liberal actually, more like corporate-liberal / silicon valley -liberal? Something like that, I'm not sure there's an audience for that?

Just going by the Nos Content Creators thing, I think it seems very guardian-reader -type audience,.not sure if that translates to US lol.

But whatever he can try what he likes:) doesn't matter if I'm not convinced by it lol, I'm not his target audience. (Although I think some of nos' app features are actually good, like deletion, temporary/self-destructing notes).
