If you're talking about the mempool explorer: no, there are no settings for filtering. You can only select if show consolidation transactions, data, etc., at the UI.
If you're talking about filtering transactions: yes, you can do it by using Bitcoin Knots (Sorry I don't have the specific know-how)
If you're using Bitcoin Core and want to migrate to Knots, there's a very easy way explained at the Umbrel community.
