The Maximum Mempool Size can be changed at your Bitcoin Node Settings (Optimization label), Core and Knots.
How does one adjust the mempool settings when using nostr:npub1aghreq2dpz3h3799hrawev5gf5zc2kt4ch9ykhp9utt0jd3gdu2qtlmhct ?
Is that hard to do?

I never really looked into it, I knew it could be done tho. But never really looked into it myself.
I should be able to “filter” stuff right?
If you're talking about the mempool explorer: no, there are no settings for filtering. You can only select if show consolidation transactions, data, etc., at the UI.
If you're talking about filtering transactions: yes, you can do it by using Bitcoin Knots (Sorry I don't have the specific know-how)
If you're using Bitcoin Core and want to migrate to Knots, there's a very easy way explained at the Umbrel community.
