One of the reasons that #decentralization of #bitcoin network is possible is how easy and cheap it is to run a full bitcoin #node . I am running mine on Raspberry Pi and it has been solid for almost 2 years. Now it needs fan replacement as it got loud. My node RoninDojo that is developed by #privacy freaks and amazing devs. I trust the developers with whom I stay in touch on their telegram.

Another reason is the size of bitcoin blocks. The OGs won the blocksize war for a reason. Whole ledger fits currently on 1 TB harddrive. If the bigblockers won then only industrial size players would be able to run nodes on their huge servers and #plebs would be screwed. #SatoshiNakamato had that on his mind and we owe him and the OGs huge respect.

Now we the PLEB are the guardians of consensus of most powerful monetary network in the world.

It is our responsibility to :

- run a full node.

- run minimum one #bitaxe solo miner

- #selfcustody

- preach bitcoin principles and why they matter

WE WILL DIE ON THIS HILL.

YOU! are now the OG's. Blockchain bloat from garbage like NFT's etc is a big problem. It has to end or at least be resisted.

If Ocean can filter out NFT's and other garbage from the blockchain, so can every other miner. Follow their lead.

Full nodes should immediately begin to block miners from communicating with their node. Or validating there mined blocks through their node. This is easily done through host files or firewalls depending on what OS you run.

You can monitor the mempool and the blockchain to verify who's failing to filter out garbage. All nodes are encouraged to join the consensus and block\ban\blacklist offending miners from their nodes.

Almost everyone agrees that that NFT's etc have no business cluttering up #Bitcoin. This is an attack on the security and ownership of Bitcoin. Provided by the nodes distributed and decentralized consensus mechanism.

The nodes MUST! step up to their responsibilities and enforce the consensus. Miners must ride or die..🏇🗡️🧡😊

you are not the only one, i dont have a clue. it would be great if they made it plug and play within umbrel, right now i save my notes with it. I see peeps talk about relays and a few asking to test theirs or what it cost to use theirs but im not satisfied with that. im happy i cant be deplatformed/demonetized but the relay ensure that as far as i can see. however my frens list is most important as a content creator and it varies from client to client which is fraustrating 🤷🏾‍♂️
