Interesting. I've never tried malabar spinach in the summer.
It grows kind of like a vine, and it reseeds itself every year.

Did you buy it at a nursery
Yes I started with a couple small plants I bought, then every year it makes lots of new plants by reseeding itself, so its pretty prolific.
Interesting. I'm going to look for it down here. I love spinach. Fresh is always better.
