Some malabar spinach is coming back up. I love this stuff because its one of the few greens that will survive our summers, so we can have something green to eat when its really hot. #grownostr #permies #homesteading

It grows kind of like a vine, and it reseeds itself every year.

Yes I started with a couple small plants I bought, then every year it makes lots of new plants by reseeding itself, so its pretty prolific.

Interesting. I'm going to look for it down here. I love spinach. Fresh is always better.
