If you are in america, you could maybe change your drivers-license from m to f and apply as a woman. I am sure they would fight over you. And you don't have to do anything, cause who are they to say that a "real woman" doesn't have a beard?
nostr:npub1nkz2vjgqjn9y6kmsphg3eaq9up3cncg68schf8da6d6e55ze9f9s0xexns I don't know exactly how it works but the last time I applied for jobs I could not get responses from any American companies for almost a year. My primary hypothesis is that it was racial filtering since that's a big thing at recruiter companies now. However I'm sure the DURGASPAM didn't help either.

nostr:npub1nkz2vjgqjn9y6kmsphg3eaq9up3cncg68schf8da6d6e55ze9f9s0xexns that may be part of it yes. I'm noticing the majority of resumes now have something on them saying "look at me I am not a white male". I didn't have issues getting responses for the few overseas jobs I applied to however so it's strictly an American thing.
I had a friend who worked at indeed and apparently it was no secret that they were filtering whites. They had more than a few meetings talking about how to avoid lawsuits if anybody found out.
