My primary hypothesis is that it was racial filtering since that's a big thing at recruiter companies now. However I'm sure the DURGASPAM didn't help either.

If you are in america, you could maybe change your drivers-license from m to f and apply as a woman. I am sure they would fight over you. And you don't have to do anything, cause who are they to say that a "real woman" doesn't have a beard?
