Will BTC go with it?

no wonder people wide the wave of trading Bitcoin, people don't have the "money" for it and are here for short term gains

There's more bitcoin based loans than ever before. Also bitcoin treasury companies can be purchased with leverage. So definitely yes this who have an effect.

This is in nominal terms would be more useful displayed as a percentage of s&p market cap. Of course it's higher, the money supply is larger.
