Nattล (็ด่ฑ) fermented soybean
I ate this stuff when I was a kid. Wasnโt fond of it but I got older, my tastebuds welcomed the gooeyness and nuttiness of it. Pairs great with rice. Boyfriend approved.
Any word back from Japan on the beer diet?

So far, it's a no. But I'm not done on my wagyu education yet.
Follow up when you graduate. I swear they are slipping in a Sapparo with dinner.
๐ Tis true. I meant to get back to you. They do give cattle sake, sometimes beer to keep them relaxed. They do this in Kagoshima.
