Nattō (納豆) fermented soybean

I ate this stuff when I was a kid. Wasn’t fond of it but I got older, my tastebuds welcomed the gooeyness and nuttiness of it. Pairs great with rice. Boyfriend approved.

😄 Tis true. I meant to get back to you. They do give cattle sake, sometimes beer to keep them relaxed. They do this in Kagoshima.
