This isn’t enough. v30 is the default client, therefore it needs to roll back and restore filters.

The wizards have decided they're all powerful. (Corrupt) The only thing that might get them to backtrack is plebs moving to other implementations that respect them. Ultimately there needs to be more than one and even more than two or three implementations in widespread use. Respect to the node runners. 🤜
