All this license are garbage... nobody read it... you can write rules, but if anyone one get a shit about it... are rules? I remember when Mikko Hyppönen talk about licenses, they write something like "Your first born child will be ours" and people accept that hahaha, it was a good prank.

Every time you can... use Free Software, no to comfortable? ... it's the price/pow.
