I used to but it’s really expensive if you share a lot of videos … and I want to.

You could also look at some of the distributed file sharing networks like IPFS. Don't have to deal with Filecoin, just using IPFS Desktop to hash a video and share it out for people to download and co-share. The more people who host the file, the faster it loads.
