I feel you. My point is to say that even if we were to create a third restroom they'd still find a way to make it discriminatory and bitch about it and say that it's unfair basically anyway even if you do try to accommodate them they're just going to still say it's discrimination

This is basically right - we cannot really mandate all these extra restrooms, and it seems just as weird to have this crossdresser walk into the boy's locker room.

There should perhaps just be an understanding that these sorts of people shouldn't be working with kids and probably should, when they have to, use the men's restroom, even if they are dressed as women, simply because there is not such a threat to men of being sexually assaulted.
