Inflation is worse than traditional taxes

It's not better elsewhere. In Switzerland inflation doesn't take into account:

Housing cost (>30% of housholds expenses, 5% yearly incease on purchase price at least, rent follow even faster)

Mandatory health insurance costs (>10% of housholds expenses, increase 5-10% per year)

I'm not even sure the energy cost is taken into account.
