To be clear, Nostr can have dictator server admins too. The difference here is that user's data exists on multiple servers and easily and freely flows to as many servers, including user's own server, with ease. On Nostr, you're truly in charge of your own social data, your entire social graph, if you choose to be.

True. But it all relies on how many people use nostr. Till now I see most stick to X including Adam Back and Michael Saylor. Nostr is better than any other platform but if majority ignores it it is hopeless.
I don't care if they mostly use Twitter. You shouldn't either. I know where we're headed. It will take many years and I'm fine with that.

I know you regularly share this but. Users can always download their notes (multiple tools and sites availble) and save a copy and republish them to more/new relays anytime. NVault will have this feature whenever I get it done, as it already saves every notes it signs (if users enable it).
