In a future works based on a deflationary currency like Bitcoin, I’m trying to imagine how salaries would work.

Because of the deflationary nature, an employee who is maintaining the same value to a company should essentially be getting fewer and fewer sats from their employer over time. How would companies calculate this? What’s the benchmark? Would it just happen organically in that valuing things in Bitcoin would be more intuitive in that world?
