If I could offer any genuine advice, it would be this.
In your 20’s, it is your imperative to develop workable substrates you can build the rest of your life off of. If you can create sustainable health habits and become financially literate by 30, you are far ahead of the curve. Compounding interest works for more than your 401k. The earlier you can maintain yourself financially and physically, the more dividends you will be paid over the long term.
“Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion”. A good quote from Mohammed Ali. In other words work your ass off and get yourself set up to enjoy the rest of your life

I wish I had worked and played harder at 23. Wasn’t so fearful of getting my heart broken and lived more fearlessly.
