In your 20’s, it is your imperative to develop workable substrates you can build the rest of your life off of. If you can create sustainable health habits and become financially literate by 30, you are far ahead of the curve. Compounding interest works for more than your 401k. The earlier you can maintain yourself financially and physically, the more dividends you will be paid over the long term.
