To be fair, only idiots fail to prevent/mitigate traffic.
One must slow to a pace that can be maintained, not immediately close the gap and race to the next car only to stop yourself. Build space, allow room for more vehicles and soon enough you're all free of traffic.
Fucking morons who only think about their own immediate gratification permit traffic.
