In the third case, @MehdiRHasan (https://nitter.moomoo.me/mehdirhasan) and Stanford assert that I misinterpreted a passage from an EIP final report about 22 million being flagged. Unlike other Stanford complaints, I can't say this is wrong. I've preemptively removed it.
